Coaches Of Influence Foundation (COIF) is an organization dedicated to influencing identities through its diverse programs and initiatives. At COIF, I had the opportunity to meet, interact, and work with a diverse group of people gifted in different areas of life, which has immensely contributed to my personal and professional growth. It was through my experience at COIF that I truly understood the meaning of diversity and its impact on people.
From the very beginning, I experienced the value of associating with individuals from different backgrounds, ideologies, and aspirations. This not only helped me grow, but it also gave me the freedom to express myself in ways that made me feel like I was part of something truly unique.
From the time I enrolled in COIF four years ago, I have been given the opportunity to serve in diverse leadership roles, which exposed me to new ideas and possibilities through my interactions with team members, senior leaders, and those I served as a leader. Every action and interaction allowed me to learn, un-learn, and re-learn new ways of experiencing growth. This unique experience has been exclusive to my time at COIF.
COIF operates on the mantra that "one is too small a number for greatness," which truly speaks to the needs of everyone associated with the organization. The combination of various perspectives leading to the development of new initiatives helps prepare young people for the journey ahead. Diversity as a core value at COIF has been integral to my growth, as I have learned to turn my weaknesses into strengths through meeting and engaging with people who embrace diversity.
