As an Alumnus of Coaches of Influence Foundation (COIF), I embody the essence of the organization's teachings. The guidance that I have received during and after my three years mentorship and coaching journey has shaped me into a leader who embraces personal responsibility wholeheartedly - ensuring that I only make commitments that I can completely fulfill.
I believe in leading by example and banking my leadership on genuine impact through my actions. The organization instilled in me the value of authenticity and dedication - qualities that define my leadership approach.
In my journey as a "Niqab" lady, I have not experienced discrimination mainly due to the empowerment and support I have received from COIF. The values that I have been taught equipped me with the confidence to navigate any challenges that come my way and allow me to focus on my capabilities rather than external perceptions. I stand tall in my identity, breaking barriers and stereotypes through my unwavering commitment to excellence and diversity.
The value of self-investment, instilled in me by COIF has been paramount in shaping the leader & professional that I am today. Through their guidance, I have learned the importance of continuous personal growth & development and investing in myself to nurture a mindset of resilience & adaptability. This self-investment has empowered me to face challenges head-on, and always striving to improve and make a positive impact in all aspects of my growth journey.
