Before enrolling into the COIF Mentorship program in 2020, I struggled with the insecurity of feeling like I wasn't good enough which definitely affected my self-esteem. To my amazement, just one year journey of self-discovery, mentorship and coaching unleashed strength and confidence I never knew existed within me.



Right at the Meet & Greet Session, it was apparent that unlike many other institutions, COIF does not look for finished products. Instead, the organization prides itself in taking raw products like me and refine us to become a finished product profitable to humanity. You can only imagine how I felt in that moment knowing that my self-limitations and doubts were not going to serve as a barrier to discovering and unleashing my hidden potentials.



My growth and development journey hit a high note when I was challenged to step into a leadership role which eventually sparked my transformation. It was then I began to understand the real power of influence and mentorship.



As a current Mentor and Alumni Association Member of COIF, I can attest the value that the organization's development program adds to one's life. Just like many others in my shoes, I have been equipped to discover my innermost abilities while strengthening the untapped skills.



If there is one valuable lesson COIF instilled in me, it is that effective Mentorship requires trust because transformation cannot take place where trust and influence do not abide.
